Red Hot Chili Peppers

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are easily one of the most underrated bands of all time. This may sound surprising considering the fact that they are one of the biggest selling artists in the world, but for whatever reason critics just can't seem to stand these four guys. The Red Hot Chili  Peppers classic line up is Anthony Kiedis (Vocals), Flea (bass), Chad Smith (Drums) and John Frusciante (Guitar), although Frusciante has left a few times to be replaced briefly by numerous guitarists, among them Dave Navarro, and their current guitar player is Josh Klinghoffer.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers quite literally invented their own genre fusing funk and rock together. The boys have grown up a lot since they formed in 1983, and have really become an excellent band. They are all wildly gifted musicians and have released some excellent albums. 1991 was a major turning point for the band when they released Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magik with the huge hit "Under the Bridge" since then they have produced another five albums, almost all of which are excellent. The Peppers were inducted in the Rock n' Roll Hall of fame recently, and rightfully so. If you aren't already one of the 80 million people who own one of their records, then I'd recommend that you join in on the fun.

Suggested Works:
